This robotic packaging line is designed to randomly depalletize, apply a second language label to individual bags of pasta, repack, and repalletize.
Designed and integrated by XPAK, this line forms a fold & lock box for manual loading. After loading, the box is automatically closed, and loaded two-at-a-time into an open tray.
Glass tubes are manually loaded into our collation area, then wrapped and sealed.
XPAK ROBOX feeds different box sizes to two lines, simultaneously. Downstream, a robotic case packer loads each box.
